Stress. The word is enough to make the shoulders hunch and the jaw clench. Chronic and acute stress can be calmed with herbal remedies. Come learn to nourish the spirit-mind-body to increase resilience and counter stress with herbalist Leah Wolfe. We will drink tea, taste tinctures and make a soothing herbal remedy to take home.
Leah Wolfe, MPH, is a community herbalist and health educator with a background in health research. She helped found the Trillium Center (trilliumcenter.org), a botanical sanctuary and school for self-reliance and other folk arts at BLD farm in NE Ohio.
Class fee includes materials, supplies, & refreshments. Members $35, non-members $40.
