*I hereby confirm that, I have paid to M2Y for course Registration, training, Study Materials Fee, and Admin Fee. So, In Case if I discontinue or not willing to do the training and exam by any circumstances, so I will not request to refund except Examination fee by M2Y at any cases and M2Y & staffs will not be liable for any cause to reclaim the registration fee.
*Registration Fee will be refund as per IOSH/OTHM policies and NEBOSH as per refund policy FIN034 Refunds.
*Any Learner or Client may not be advised to the client against M2Y for any liability emerging out of errors, mistakes or omissions which may include in said documents and in connection with any activities for M2Y providing. So, I hereby declare that I will follow the IOSH/OTHM/NEBOSH courses policy and guideline that is conducted by M2Y.
*I understood that assessment/exam paper marking, evaluation and result declared by IOSH/OTHM/NEBOSH and M2Y only conducting training and registration. In case any failure in result, M2Y directly or indirectly will not involve in IOSH/OTHM/NEBOSH decision and will not liable for any legal suits.
*Hereby, we confirm you that "we don't have any third-party or tie-ups with any individual agents or tie-ups". In case you receive mail to deposit course fee for registration from any other agents/third-party, M2Y GLOBAL ACADEMY and its affiliate companies will not bear any responsibility and accountability for amounts being deposited / withdrawn therefrom in response to such emails. So, directly, or indirectly, M2Y will not liable for any legal suits.
