Thank you for your interest in being a speaker, performer, or volunteer at TEDxChavisWay! 

Speakers, performers, and co-hosts must reside in the Triangle area and be between the ages of 10 and 19. Applications will open in the fall for our 2027 event.

A few notes about TEDx:

- The process of creating a TEDx talk is rigorous and includes many deadlines along the way. You will need to commit to at least one virtual dress rehearsal and two in-person dress rehearsals, specific dates to be determined.   

- Your "Idea Worth Spreading" must be your own and may not address political/religious agendas or directly promote a company, business, or product.

- You will be required to sign a video release form for TED so that your talk may be recorded and uploaded online.
