Meal Account Balance Information
Funds Follow the Student:
All meal account funds automatically transfer with the student to any school within the Boise School District. No action is required if your student is continuing enrollment within the district.

Refunds under $10 cannot be issued by check due to district policy.
For cash refunds under $10, please contact the Food & Nutrition Office to schedule an appointment for pick up, or visit your student’s school cafeteria.
You may also use this form to transfer or donate the remaining balance.
Before requesting a refund, transfer, or donation, please disable any scheduled AutoPay in MySchoolBucks to prevent additional automatic payments. To disable AutoPay (from a computer):
For Students Leaving the District:
If your student is graduating or moving out of the Boise School District and has a positive meal account balance, funds must be claimed by June 30th of the current school year. Unclaimed balances after this date will be donated to assist other families.
