Dear LCES Families,

Here at LCES, our current lunch seating arrangement and practices continue to support safe three feet or more spacing between students, with intermittent mask removal for eating and drinking only. In addition to these measures, we have four or less students at each cafeteria table.

Our brand new outdoor tent has arrived! We intend to expand our lunch seating plan to include outdoor seating which will allow for additional physical distancing in the cafeteria.

Due to our enrollment and spacing, we are limited in how often outdoor seating is available for all. The results of this survey will help determine a rotating schedule for outdoor lunch.

Please know:
• Safe physical distancing will be in place outdoors and will continue in the cafeteria.
• The outdoor seating plan will not guarantee seating with specific friends or classmates.
• Weather conditions will be taken into consideration for outdoor lunch.

Please take a minute to complete one survey per child by Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Thank you for your time and consideration. The results and plans will be shared with you once they are finalized.
