Tech Support Request Instructions for CSIS Teachers

Dear CSIS Teachers,

1. Submit Requests in Advance: Please submit your tech support requests at least 2 days in advance of when you need assistance. This allows our IT team ample time to plan and allocate resources efficiently.
2. Provide Detailed Information: When submitting a request, please provide detailed information regarding the issue you are experiencing. The more information you can provide, the better equipped our IT team will be to resolve the problem swiftly.
3. Include Date and Time (For A/V Systems Support especially): If your request pertains to A/V systems support, it is imperative to specify the date and time by which you need assistance. This ensures that our team can schedule the necessary maintenance or troubleshooting during a time that minimally disrupts your teaching schedule.
4. Use the Request Form: We have provided a tech support request form for your convenience. Please fill out all required fields accurately to streamline the process.
5. Contact Information: Ensure that your contact information is up-to-date so that our IT team can reach out to you if further clarification is needed or to provide updates on the status of your request.
