Fantasy Art Workshop will award:
ONE (1) Full Scholarship* which covers tuition, room and board for the workshop week (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and up to $300 toward travel expenses to attend Fantasy Art Workshop's Illustration Intensive happening June 22-26, 2020, at Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
* The total value of the Full Scholarship is made possible by a generous donor who wishes to remain anonymous. The Scholarship has no cash value, meaning, its recipient can not trade the scholarship for a cash equivalent.
Scholarship application period opens at 8am Central Time on July 1, 2019, and closes at 10pm Central Time July 28, 2019. Applications received outside this time period will not be considered. Scholarship recipient will be contacted July 29, 2019, via email or phone. Please add email@example.com to your safe email list to prevent redirects to spam folders. If scholarship recipient cannot be reached by these methods or does not respond to communications by 11:59 p.m. Central Time, July 31, 2019, Fantasy Art Workshop will rescind its offer and select a new recipient, also to be given three days to respond, until the scholarship is accepted.
ELIGIBILITY:Fantasy Art Workshop's Illustration Intensive Student Scholarship is open to United States citizens only. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application submission. Must be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited school. Scholarship winner will be asked to show school identification, full-time class schedule, and provide contact name at school to verify enrollment. Fantasy Art Workshop employees, faculty, volunteers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:Scholarship recipient agrees to attend Fantasy Art Workshop's Illustration Intensive June 22-26, 2020. Fantasy Art Workshop reserves the right to revoke the scholarship from the recipient at any time at its discretion. Scholarship recipient agrees to cover their own travel costs to and from Fantasy Art Workshop's Illustration Intensive. However, Fantasy Art Workshop will reimburse the scholarship recipient up to $300 toward travel expenses to be paid via check in person on the final day of the workshop. Scholarship recipient agrees to provide proof of travel expenses in the form of receipts. Fantasy Art Workshop will not be held responsible for any expenses or outcomes incurred by the winner if their scholarship is revoked.

The winner of the scholarship will be contacted via the email address or phone number they provide. Fantasy Art Workshop will not use your information to solicit you in any way. YOUR ARTWORK:By submitting links to artwork for this application, you agree that the artwork is created by you and you are the rightful copyright owner of the works or have the express written permission from the copyright owner to submit the work for consideration. If Fantasy Art Workshop finds that the work you link to is not your own, your application will be discarded. Fantasy Art Workshop only uses the links you provide so that we may see your artwork. We do not claim any rights to your artwork.
