Even if some of your event details aren't confirmed, submit what you have so we can begin to populate the MHA Week calendar. For example, if you don't have the event description or if you haven't yet secured a location, submit the form anyway with whatever details you have. If the title of the event hasn't been decided, come up with a tentative working title; we can always update it later.
If you come across a required field for which you don't yet have information, type "To be provided" in that space so you can proceed with the rest of the form.
After you hit the "Submit" button below, you will be provided with a link which will allow you to edit your submission. You can save that link as a bookmark or favorite and return at a later date to provide additional information.
