Full Trail package: 450EU Internationals. BC locals $500(CAD).
Package includes hotel 11 Sep, transport from arrival in Powell River to campsite and from trail finish through to Horseshoe Bay, also includes the donation of $25.00 to PAWS.

*Reduction available if you are providing your own transportation.

Full Trail - 300EU / $300.00 (CAD). Departure 11th Sepember (hotel and transport to Vancouver not included).

Half Trail - $250.00 CAD

Trail Maintenance:
* We ask that each participant makes a contribution to PAWS (Sunshine Coast Parks & Wilderness Society)
** Team Globetrailers Members: Canada Trail Trips will cover your contribution to PAWS

This donation can be replaced by participating in the trail maintenance day September 6th.
Includes
By Date:
6 Sep - Travel in Powell River from airport to campsite
6 Sep - Gift for participants
6 Sep - camp site
6 Sep - Welcome dinner, drinks, briefing, and presentation by PAWS team/local trail manager
7 Sep - breakfast
7 Sep - Transfer to trail head (4x4 or boat)
7,8,9,10,11 Sep - local staff person on emergency standby
9 Sep - food drop possible and exit for the 'half trail'
11 Sep - picnic /refreshments on arrival at trail finish
11 Sep - bag transfer from Powell River to Ferry at Saltery Bay
11 Sep - ferry Saltry Bay to Earls Cove
11 SEp - transfer to Gibsons (optional and price can be adjusted if you are bringing your own car or ridesharing)
11 Sep - hotel night in Gibsons (optional and can be removed if you are not staying)
11 Sep - closing afternoon/evening / prizes & drinks
12 Sep - ferry to Horseshoe Bay (can be removed if people come with their own transport)
Payment Schedule
15th January 2018: 100eu / $100
15th April 2018: 100eu / $100
15th July 2018 : remainder balance due
Cancellation Policy (Conditions Generales de Vente)
Before July 6 2018 (60 days notice) : full refund
6 July - 6 August (60-30 days prior to event): 50euros / $50 deposit retained by organisation
6-30 August : 50% of total cost of trip.
Cancellation within a week prior to event : 70% of total cost will be retained by organisation
*Any fees for currency exchange or transfers will be charged to the participant
