Summer Camp 2021 Registration
We are opening registration for our Summer Camp 2021
We do follow all Covid-19 requirements, so we ask kid(S) to have a face mask and check temperature before coming in and practicing in their own spaces.
There will be Taekwondo and Gymnastics classes everyday, and many fun Outside field trips(3 times a week) base on each weeks themes and we will invite professional teachers from various fields like Art, Music or Lego. It will be both fun and educational camp! No martial arts experience required for age K to 7th Grade. It start 8am thru 4:00pm. They need 2 snacks and Lunch.
We here at Yong In Martial Arts value the physical fitness and the educational knowledge that our students receive. Martial arts develop inner and outer strengths, and the benefits includes: increased concentration, self-confidence, discipline, self defense, respect.
*REGISTRATION FEE - $49 FOR NEW STUDENT ONLY(INCLUDE FREE T-SHIRT & BELT)
*Weekly- $239 per week for 5 days full day
All field Trips fee included!!
*Extended hour fee: $30 each week (until 5:00PM)
*HALF DAY CAMP-All field trip fee included(8AM-12:30PM)
$169 per week
*DAILY CAMP: Field trip fee included
$50 PER DAY for Yong In Members
$55 PER DAY for Non-Yong In Members
*SIBLING DISCOUNTS(3 DAYS UP ONLY): 2nd Child 10% off, 3rd Child 20% off

Refund/Cancel before May 31 : Not refundable for registration fee and 90% will be refunded foe camp fee
Refund/Cancel after June 1 : Not refundable for registration fee and 80% will be refunded for camp fee
No refunds will be issued after start of a camp the week

I understand that Yong-In Martial Arts assumes no responsibility for injuries or illnesses which my child may sustain as a resultof his/her physical condition or resulting from his/her participation in any athletic activities, sports program, the use of anyequipment, exercise or other activities. I expressly acknowledge on behalf of myself and my heirs that I assume the risk ofany and all injuries and illnesses which may result from his/her participation in these activities and I hereby release anddischarge Yong-In Martial Arts, its agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injury, illness, death, loss ordamage which he/she may suffer as a result of his/her participation in these activities. I understand that Yong-In Martial Arts is not responsible for personal property lost or stolen while members and/or programparticipants are using Yong-In Martial Arts facilities or on Yong-In Martial Arts premises.I give permission to Yong-In Martial Arts to use, without limitation or obligation, photographs, film footage, my child’s imageor voice for purpose of promoting or interpreting Yong-In Martial Arts programs.I acknowledge this WAIVER and ACCEPT the conditions set forth above and, I am in sympathy withthe goals and purposes of Yong-In Martial Arts. I agree to, adhere , and abide by the policies ofYong-In Martial Arts.
