Thank you for your interest in Graphite. We have 8 studios perfect for full time professional artists who desire a place to work and sell their art. Studio spaces are currently rented, but they do change out periodically.

Renting a studio requires an application. Obtaining a studio at Graphite is a juried process. Applicants who are successfully vetted from the application, will be invited to an interview when studio spaces become available. If studios are all rented, we will keep your application on file.

We do have locker rentals that gives you access to using the facility every day of the week except Wednesday 9am-9pm. A great way to be a part of Graphite!
