On the Road Collaborative (OTRC) is a non-profit youth empowerment organization in Harrisonburg City. They empower underserved middle and high school youth with educational experiences and caring adult relationships during the out-of-school hours, helping to set them on the road to college and career. They do this through out-of-school learning programs at Skyline and Thomas Harrison Middle Schools and Harrisonburg High School. More than 300 youth are expected to enroll and regularly participate in OTRC programs during the 2018-2019 school year.
