NCSU CVM Alumni Mentor Interest Form
This form is to gather interest in alumni mentoring for current DVM students. This new program debuted as a pilot in Spring 2024, and will expand for AY 2024-25, adding new students and mentors. 

The alumni mentorship program will operate in a small group format. Each group will have 2 mentors and 4-5 students. The mentorship program will include an in-person kick off meeting on September 5th and an in-person end of year celebration for all groups, both coordinated by Amy Merritt. Mentors that cannot attend the 9/5 meeting will be required to complete a 1 hour virtual training before meeting with their group.

During the program, each group will coordinate its own monthly meetings (5 total, in-person or virtual).  Please note: indicating your interest here does not obligate you to participate. Thank you for your support of our students, and feel free to spread the word to your classmates!
