What Do You Want (or Need) To Know About CARBS?
I'm working on a special project that I'm going to share with you all in the next few months. I can't give a lot of details just yet, but it's a program designed to help you determine and implement your ideal CARBOHYDRATE intake.

It's going to include video/audio training, Q&As with yours truly, and bonus resources to help you get the most out of the program. The course will be a complete "brain dump" of everything I know about carbs and how to figure out your ideal amount of carbs to eat, when to eat them, etc.

However, before I finalize the training and finish creating the content, I need YOUR help to make sure I have everything covered in the program that you'd want to learn.

That's where you come in! Please take a few minutes to answer this super-short survey. I have just a few questions that will help me put the finishing touches on the planning stage and get this training out into the world!

Fill this form in with as much detail as possible so I can help you solve your biggest health concerns using the right amount of CARBS in your diet.

I can't wait to hear what you have to say!
