Remote legal advice - General legal issues
Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley offices and clinics are open for free legal advice.
Please stay home if you are unwell, have been overseas recently or in contact with anyone who may have COVID-19.
We are offering a limited remote legal advice service (legal advice by phone and email). This service is open to clients with urgent legal issues or accessibility needs.
If there is a good reason why you can’t come in to our offices (health, childcare, transport, cost), then you might be able to access this service. This process will be slower than coming in to see us so if you can come in, please do.
You can also check out the Community Law Manual online, and find answers to common legal questions at:
Can you come into one of our offices for legal advice?
Yes, I can come into the office for legal advice
I would like to see if I am eligible for the remote legal advice process
