Plastic Reduction Ordinances Compliance Observation Project
Please use this form to share when you see compliance or violations of the Polystyrene Ordinance or Skip the Stuff Ordinance, as you dine in, take-out, or shop at our local Glendale restaurants and grocery stores.

Polystyrene Ordinance bans "foam",  "PS" or "#6" plastic - including to-go and for sale foodware, coolers, egg cartons and meat trays.

"Skip the Stuff" Ordinance says items not requested should not be given automatically (eg utensils, straws, etc) while dining in or getting carry-out meals.

Our observations will be compiled and given to the City to follow up upon for education or citations as warranted. Please do not engage with the businesses regarding these ordinances. This is the City's purview. We are asking for your observations only. Thank you for helping make these ordinances effective!
