This form allows families to provide feedback on a range of aspects of the Active Gamers Holiday program. We appreciate and encourage your involvement. Feedback is used to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of families and will allow us to make informed decisions around how to implement appropriate improvements. Active Gamers aims to provide a healthy and balanced range of food throughout the day. During the program we always have food available. There is a focus on fresh fruit in the mornings, a offering multiple items  for lunch. In the afternoon we offer low sugar snacks like muesli bars in addition to fruit.

How happy are you with the facilities (premises and sports facilities) at the program ? *
The Active Gamers program centre at Woden utilises the community room in the new grandstand building at Phillip oval. We use the oval itself and neighbouring facilities like the indoor cricket centre and the squash courts. The Lyneham, Gold Creek and Tuggeranong centres use the high school library, ovals and gym. And at Eagle Vale we are based in the high school library with further access to the school grounds including the covered basketball courts.

How happy are you with the quality of staffing at the program ? *
The Active Gamers program seeks to employ staff that are either qualified or on route to an appropriate child care or teaching qualification. Further we aim to have a staff members that have interest and knowledge in areas that are unique to our program.

We aim to inform parents of all aspects of the program and hope to include families in the development of the program going forward. This is done via email, person to person at drop off/pick up and via our app.
