The After School Program is designed to support academic achievement, foster interests and talents, initiate positive social experiences, and build a sense of community at Robinson.

Parents must complete this form in order for their student(s) to stay after school for any activity during the school year. Please review the program guidelines and school rules posted on the school website prior to completion.

Is either parent/guardian serving in the U.S. Army as Army Active Duty, activated Army Reserve, or activated National Guard? Army Youth Programs in Your Neighborhood (AYPYN) provides program funding, so to continue this partnership we must document the number of U. S. Army youth at Robinson. *
I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Robinson Secondary School After-School Program for middle school students during the 2019 -20 school year. I understand that participation by my child is completely voluntary, and that some of the planned physical activities may expose my child to some potential injury. I agree that, to my knowledge, my child is physically and medically able to participate in these activities. If any injuries do occur to my child, I also understand that school personnel will respond in the same manner that occurs during regular school hours. *
