Under Section 1.11 of the SBA Bylaws, all members of SBA are required to participate in SBA events for a minimum of two (2) hours per semester. The work done to satisfy this requirement must be in furtherance of SBA and the events may be on or off-campus. 
All SBA members must report these hours to the Secretary. In the event an SBA member does not fulfill their volunteer hours at the end of fall semester, they must make up the incomplete hours as well as serve an additional hour during the spring semester.
This form is here to be used by SBA members to submit in writing their hours to the SBA Secretary. You are also welcome to email your hours to SBA at sba@lclark.edu
