Survey: Using Resident-Centric Analytics to Improve City Performance, Planning, & Policy
Thanks for joining yesterday's webinar on best practices for measuring, analyzing, and applying behavioral economics to improve city performance and the resident experience. We hope you enjoyed the content and it sparked ideas for how your community might begin to leverage data on resident mindsets and behaviors. We'd love to hear from you about how your city measures the resident experience and uses the results in decision-making.
We're also excited to announce the formation of an advisory group to help shape the design and development of a brand-new "Resident Insights Dashboard" that would incorporate Gallup's behavioral economics data, national datasets, and potentially locally sourced operational data. (You saw an example of this on the webinar.) Please let us know if you're interested in hearing more about this advisory group, and we'll follow up with additional information.
How is your city measuring the resident experience today?
How does this data inform performance, planning and/or policy-making?
