During the public comment section of the agenda, members of the public may address the Governing Board on items on the agenda for a total of three minutes. Persons wishing to speak must complete this Speaker Card form and submit it to the Board Secretary prior to the approval of the Agenda. An individual speaker may be required to stop speaking if the subject matter is not within the jurisdiction of the Board or is not legally appropriate. The Board may also limit the total time for all speakers for any item or items.
