Ask clarifying questions
Write down assignments in agenda book

with 75% accuracy as measured by teacher observation, anecdotal records, self evaluation, and student grade data.

Teacher Interventions:
Help Student X start an assignment by reviewing requirements
Make sure Student X is writing down his assignments in his agenda book
Communicate assignment completion and academic progress with Student X's mother (abc1234@gmail.com) and include Gina Blake (Alternative Program educator) in the correspondence
