SIA Sim Application
Fill out this form completely if your school district is interested in a free flight simulator from The SIA Foundation (501c3 Charity).  Simulators are provided to schools based on our current funding.  The standard cost for our Gen2+ simulator is $3,000.
The SIA Foundation, Inc. will review your application and contact the person listed below to notify you if the sim will be donated to your organization. Incomplete applications are ineligible.
After a short verification process we will contact you to discuss deployment.
Please note SIA Sims are only available if we have the funding and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Requirements:
  • Only public and private schools serving grades 6-12 are eligible for a simulator donation. Others may purchase a simulator. School districts who do not wish to be placed on the donation 'waitlist' may purchase a simulator at a low Academic rate. Contact SIA for details.
  • Districts who have or are in the process of creating an aviation club or class will have higher priority
  • The simulator can only be used with our installed software.  No other software is allowed to be installed. 
  • No additional aircraft can be installed, nor configuration changes unless prior approval from The SIA Foundation has been received.
  • The simulator will not be connected to the internet except upon request from The SIA Foundation for technical support.
  • You agree to create 3 social media posts about receiving your donated SIA Sim on Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)  and/or Instagram. You agree to subscribe to our Facebook and YouTube pages before receiving the SIA Sim. Please notify us when this has been completed.
  • Like, follow, subscribe and join us on the following social media accounts to receive tips on using the SIA Sim, updates and upgrades, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Please use #StudentsInAviation #SIA on any posts you make where applicable. This helps reach more schools.
