ECAWA 2025 State Conference Presentation and Presenter Details
The ECAWA 2025 State Conference will be held  on Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd of February, 2025, at Christ Church Grammar School Preparatory School.

Please use this form to submit your offer to present at this event.

As we need to consider those members, for whom the best option is to participate remotely, we are asking Presenters to consider if their presentation is suitable to be streamed online, and if so, if they will allow their presentation to be streamed online and to be recorded.

The information supplied by presenters in this form is used to arrange the Conference programme, promote the Conference and the various presentations, prepare material for attendees and prepare name tags, certificates, etc for Presenters, as well as communicate with Presenters, so please double check your submission for accuracy.

The Lead Presenter from each presentation will have the cost of their Conference ticket for the day of their presentation covered, so please wait until you are sent your Lead Presenter link before you register.

Supporting Resources
Supporting resources should be made available via the Conference website and should be emailed or sent via Dropbox or similar to conference@ecawa.wa.edu.au by Wednesday the 12th of February at the latest. Resources made available this way will be password protected, to limit access to conference participants. Access will become available to participants on the morning of the presentation unless the presenter requests a different arrangement. Do you need to discuss a different arrangement?
Photocopying *
We encourage all Presenters to make supporting resources available online via the Conference website, as mentioned above, and avoid using hard copy handouts where possible. Photocopying and printing facilities are NOT available at the conference venue. - If you do require any notes or hand-outs to be printed before the conference, please email a copy of your hand-outs to be printed to conference@ecawa.wa.edu.au by Wednesday the 12th of February at the latest. Handouts should also be made available via the Conference website, as discussed above. Will you be asking ECAWA to arrange photocopies for you?
