Dolls Aesthetics Training Academy provides educational services including Interal Quality Assurance for EyeCandy Training Ltd who is registered as a satellite education Training Centre under the principles and practices on Qualifi's Policies and Procedures 

This Policy notice sets out the obligations of EyeCandy Training Ltd, and Dolls Aesthetics Training Academy regarding data protection and the rights of customers and business contacts (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

The above information is required to effectively communicate with learners, finalizing the registration process, enrolment in our awarding organisation bodies records for the course/qualification you applying to register (if your course is delivered by them or in partnership with them), learner record database, completing the course and sending the certificate.

All the information provided in this form will be used to enrol you in the course you require to attend. If you apply for a course/qualification which is provided by one of the Awarding Bodies we are approved to deliver we will share this information as per their requirements (please see our Data Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, and the list of our Awarding Body we are approved to deliver their courses/qualifications to know exactly which information we share with them and with who).

All the information provided in this form will be administrated under the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations. We will archive them at least 5 years to meet for our records.
