CIS Fair is back! Thank you for your interest in sharing your culinary talents with the community at the CIS Fair 2024 (we also welcome any catering sponsorship - shhhh we won't spill the beans!)! The following are some important information:
1) You're the boss! Please be prepared to look after your food stall, and welcome to ask friends and family to join your team!
2) Portions: Variety is the spice of life but please provide at least 100 portions in total with at least two different items. (If you can't fulfil the minimum, we could help you to partner with another team)
3) Bao theme: We have a theme this year for our F&B - BaoFest (inspired by OctoberFest!)! Please see if you can incorporate a dish involving any sort of bao/bun to make the Fair festive one!
4) Misc: There is limited kitchen and fridge space so food needs to be prepped beforehand and finished off/reheated on site. Please bring your own equipment e.g. induction stove, hot plate.
6) Deadline for registration is Friday, 27 September 2024.
7) Go Green: Last but not least, we would especially welcome food stalls who can provide vegetarian dishes! We will provide reusable cups, plates, bowls and recyclable cutlery. Please support school's sustainability efforts and avoid Tetra paks, plastic bottles, single-use items and plastic packaging.

1）您就是老大！請您做好看管食物攤位的準備！歡迎您邀請親友加入您的團隊！
2）份量： 豐富多樣是生活的樂趣所在。請提供最少100份、至少兩款不同的食物。（如果您無法滿足最低要求，我們可以幫您與其他內部食物攤位進行配對合作。）
3）包點主題：今年我們的餐飲主題是包點節（靈感來源於慕尼黑啤酒節）！請您考慮在食物中加入任何形式的包子/麵包，為我們的嘉年華營造節日氛圍！
4）其他雜項：現場廚房和冰箱空間有限，因此食物需要提前備好並於現場製作/重新加熱。請自行攜帶設備，如電磁爐、電熱鍋。
6）報名截止日期：9月27日星期五
7）綠色環保：同樣重要的是，我們特別歡迎提供素食的食物攤位！我們將提供可重複使用的杯子、盤子、碗和可回收餐具。請支持學校的可持續發展行動，避免使用利樂包、塑料瓶、一次性用品和塑料包裝。
