Please fill out the 2026 Political Convention delegate credential form below. On the next page, after you submit, you will be able to click a link to submit additional credentials. Refer to your "Call to Convention" mailing to determine how many delegates you are allowed to send from your union.

Date: Thursday, June 25 to Friday, June 26
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (estimated times each day)
Cost: $225 per delegate

For the delegate fee, make checks out to the Connecticut AFL-CIO and send to 56 Town Line Rd, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
