NEW Student Grade 8 Registration Form 2026-27
Please complete this form to register your student for grade 8 classes.

Please follow the directions listed in each section below. If you have questions regarding your student's course selections, you may enter them in the Notes section at the bottom of the form.

If your student wants to take any alternate courses, these selections must be approved by the department chair and the Head of Middle School.
