We are requesting a $18.00 donation to help with our field trip expenses, including the cost of bus transportation for the school year. These include Hogle Zoo, Ogden Nature Center, and Hill Aerospace Museum. Please feel free to make your payment as soon as possible so that we can schedule the buses for our field trips. *

Please indicate if you would like to ride the bus or drive your own vehicle. We are limited to 4 chaperones on the bus per class. Please note: There are limited seats on the bus for parent chaperones. Siblings and any other family members are welcome to come as long as you provide your own transportation and entrance fees.

Bus. Yes, I would like to be a parent chaperone and ride with the students on the bus. I understand that seats are limited and I may be required to drive.

Drive my own car. Yes, I would like to be a parent chaperone and drive my own car to the zoo.
