If you are interested in tabling at events hosted or sponsored by the Community Services Division City of East Palo Alto please complete the form below. 

Once you complete the form you will be added to our distribution list to receive save the dates and registration information for the City of EPA's Community Services events and your information will be forwarded to the event coordinator. If there are tabling opportunities for that event, the event coordinator will send you instructions on next steps in order to participate for each event.
