Please read and acknowledge the following statements regarding vendor fees:

In 2025, vendor fees will be structured on a sliding scale. We strongly encourage BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) individuals, queer/LGTBQIA+ individuals, disabled folks, and first-time vendors to select from a lower tier of each scale.

Community is built through mutual aid and support. As an organization, LFM believes that participation in the market should be equitable and accessible for all, and is continually exploring ways to recognize and resist the existing discriminatory structural imbalances in our economy. By building a sliding scale into our vendor fee structure, which covers the majority of our operating costs, we encourage our community of vendors to pay what they can so that all participants may have the foundation to grow, in business and in life.

Drop-In $25-50

Drop-In fees must be paid to the Market Manager upon arrival for the market date(s) that the vendor has indicated they will be attending.

If a Drop-In/waitlisted vendor has exceeded $150 in fees throughout the season, they may elect to decrease their fee for subsequent dates.

Non-profit organizations and informational or educational groups are not required to pay a fee, yet all must still apply for acceptance.

Please note that vendor acceptance and participation in the 2025 season does not guarantee acceptance in 2026. All vendors and their products will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors.
