Blue Ridge Pride Nonprofit's Annual Pride Festival runs on 80+ volunteers! Every, person, counts!!

We'd love for you to join us this year as we celebrate Resilience and Resistance on the anniversary of Hurricane Helene.

Which activities are you most interested in? (please pick three- you will only be assigned one). Shift length options are listed alongside. *

Vendor Load-In (4hrs) Meeting vendors in the AM and directing them to their spots, re-routing cars to alternate loading when needed))

Set-Up (4 hrs or 8 hrs) moving tables/chairs/tents to vendor spot, putting up, hanging signs, etc.

Water (3.5 hrs) ( person-ing a water station, helping refill station with full water jugs, offering cups to patrons)

Info Table (4 hrs) Helping pass out brochures and answer questions about Blue Ridge Pride and Festival

Merch Table (4 hrs) Helping sell our swag and recruit donors day of, must be proficient with Square)

Wristbands (4 hrs) Check ID, status, must be 21 or over)

Stage (4 hrs) Help Stage Manager organize equipment and performers backstage, swap out equipment in between sets).

Greening (4 hrs) Swap out garbage bags, monitor and instruct on compost and recycling and alert contractor when replacement needed)

VIP Tent (4 hrs) Ensure individuals have correct wristband to be there, monitor and socialize)

Friday Set Up (12pm-4pm) Be hands on deck to get things prepped for the next day!
