In order to share some files (logos, settings, installations, etc.), the client has to sign the conditions use images form available in the EDD "eddsales" folder.
Digital Asset stands for all files like: images (textures, settings, installations, logos, etc.), documents (catalogues, certifications, tecnical sheets, headed paper, price lists, layouts, ranges, brochures, presentations, press reviews, press releases, etc.), videos, charts (master data, price lists, etc.), etc. useful to improve the Touchpoints and therefore sales.

all sellers and customer services of the Group are enabled for FileExpress. Customer services see all brands, while sellers see only brands marketed by them.

you can find master data information, including links to the collection website, the product, the various certifications, format, R, V, etc. in one place (the "i" of info on Finder)

some data and information available on Finder as on the catalogs, may change without notice.

you can find technical information about data usage, top right under "PLEASE READ". This area contains all notes and clauses also available on the catalogues. (e.g. average slip value, number of faces required in special cases, etc.)

you can set the bookmarks bar always visible. (ask the IT department help desk for info)

when the client or supplier downloads a FileExpress he sees the graphics ("ADV" advertising) of our brands!

Since 2008, customer service and sellers have been sending an average of 100 FileExpresses\Tickets a day!

if a client forgets to download the ticket within 5 days, you can resend everything with 1 click! Go to "Ticket History" and click "Re-Send"

search for products by code, collection, brand, R, V, certification, novelty, colour, effect, finish, thickness, shape, etc. (on Finder by selecting the "Codes" asset)

both Wetransfer and Dropbox or any other cloud, work connected to the internet just like FileExpress

there are no sending limits, but whoever receives the files must have a good internet connection!
