This form is submitted directly to staff member, Sarah Sindelar, in the MAC Paint & Properties Department.
Please provide as much detail as possible when listing the requested props. The more information we have, the better we can determine whether we can fulfill your request.
You will receive an email from sssindel@iu.edu within 3-5 days of submitting this form. It will indicate if your request is approved, partially approved, or denied. If your request is approved or partially approved, a contract will be attached. This contract must be signed and sent to sssindel@iu.edu within 2 days of receipt or the request will be cancelled.
The lendee party is responsible for picking up and dropping off the props at the MAC Paint and Props Shop on the agreed dates. Instructions for where and how to store props during the rental period will be provided. These instructions must be observed. Special requests and accommodations will be considered on a case by case basis.
Requests made less than 7 business days before the proposed start date will not be considered.
**All requests are subject to availability and scheduling; the Opera & Ballet Theater Productions take priority when assigning props and materials. We will do our best to provide as many specific items or reasonable alternatives as possible, but we make no guarantee your request will be fully approved in it's entirety.**
