Visitor/Volunteer COVID-19 Screening

Please take your temperature or walk through the temperature scanner located in the Tandy Dining and Wellness Center, review the symptoms below and complete this screening before coming to campus or immediately upon arrival.

COVID-19 symptoms:

Fever of 100.4 or greater (without the use of any fever-reducing medications).
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Cough
Chills
Muscle pain/body aches
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
Vomiting or diarrhea
Fatigue/malaise
Congestion/runny nose
Headache
