Within the scope of the underlined webinar, we inform you that the data you provide when filling out the "Google Forms" questionnaire will be processed by the University of Pavia, the Data Controller, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended and the GDPR 2016/679.
The data processed includes your name and surname, email address, and affiliation, and is used exclusively for organizational and management purposes of the seminar (legal requirements for service provision; seminar registration; sending communications and materials; contacting and responding to participant requests). The data provided may be known and processed on paper and/or electronically, in compliance with current legislation, by staff and collaborators of the University or by external parties expressly appointed as data processors.
Providing the data is mandatory for the fulfillment of the requested service, and the determination of the data retention period adheres to the principle of necessity.
