Please complete the following notification form to indicate how many guests in your party require wheelchair accessible seating for the University of Wisconsin - Madison 2023 Spring Commencement at Camp Randall Stadium, held on Saturday, May 13th beginning at 12:00 p.m.

How many people in your party will be attending the celebration in their own wheelchair?

Please be aware: For each wheelchair-accessible seat requested, a maximum of one companion seat is allowed. Due to high demand and space constraints we cannot accommodate more than one companion. We ask that you plan accordingly and remind others in your party that they will need to sit in general admission seating areas at Camp Randall.
It is strongly recommended that guests who request wheelchair-accessible seating arrive at least an hour before the start of the celebration in order to allow for adequate time to reach designated seating areas. *
