Welcome to the registration form for the 2nd edition of Coffee and Coding. To make sure this will be an amazing event for every we have a few rules to comply with:

- All prototypes should be build from scratch. It's not allowed to use code that was written before hand. The use of open source frameworks and packages is allowed of course :).
- It's not allowed to bring any kind of drugs to the event. "B-But it's the Netherlands, gotta love the occasional blunts right?". We're sorry but not even weed is allowed, to keep the hackathon a safe and welcoming for everyone we decided that drugs are not allowed.
- Bringing weapons (like knives and guns) and creating prototypes that endanger others at the hackathon is STRICTLY forbidden. We're sorry but your fire farting godzilla cyborg should stay at home.
- Alcohol will only be served after 4 PM and to participants that are over the age of 18. ID's will be checked when someone is coming to get an alcoholic consumption. We also don't want any tipsy/drunk persons attending Coffee and Coding and ruining the atmosphere.
- We enfore a code of conduct during the event, this means that harassment and racist, sexist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for this event. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
- Touching someone else his possessions without their permission is STRICTLY forbidden. We understand that you love to change someone else his background to a giant ding dong from time to time but unfortunately we cannot allow that.
- Always follow the instructions of the volunteers and organizers.
- Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area's

If you fail to comply with the rules you could be verbally warned by a volunteer or organizer or be removed from the venue. In the worst scenario the police will also be involved if needed. During the hackathon we will have 2 confidants that you contact if needed.
