Adult selection criteria.....
cultural and logistical liaison with the Touring Group tour destination (mostly pre-tour)

previous participation with the Touring Group

parents or guardians of Touring Group members, priority given to those associated with younger and first time Touring Group members

teachers/mentors of current Touring Group members

cultural expertise/interest in the Touring Group tour destination (mostly during the tour)

useful technical or expertise skills (e.g. technology, recording, travel, medical, language, etc.)

gender-specific chaperoning
