Prospect Heights Community Farm Event Application

Since the garden is a fragile place, all guests must read and abide by the Garden Rules posted at http://www.phcfarm.com/welcome/garden-member-info/rules/. The event applicant is responsible for all guests, any damages to garden property, and cleaning up after the event, including removing trash and recyclables.

The request is subject to the approval of a majority of the gardeners.

If approved, the applicant must submit a $20 deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you after your event if all rules are followed and there are no damages to or trash left at the garden. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the garden, it will help us greatly in our efforts to maintain permanent green space in NYC for this neighborhood.

    By submitting this application, I confirm I have read and understand the PHCF garden and event rules. If this application is approved, I will be responsible for any damages to the garden that occur during the event.
