I agree to strictly abide by the following rules:
  • Carts are to be driven in a responsible manner.
  • Maximum of 2 persons and 2 sets of clubs per cart.
  • No standing on bumper bars.
  • No driving on tees, greens or areas designated as not accessible for motorised carts.
  • Please keep carts 15 meters from greens at all times
  • Avoid wet and damp areas and GUR (ground under repair)
Conditions to hire:
  • The hirer agrees to be bound by the rules of Caboolture Golf Club.
  • The hirer hereby acknowledges and warrants to the Caboolture Golf Club that the hirer is familiar with all aspects of the operation of the motorised cart and agrees that the hirer shall not allow another person to operate or attempt to operate the motorised cart for the duration of hiring and accepts full responsibility for any repairs or damage to the motorised cart and/or the property of Caboolture Golf Club during the hire period including the replacement of hire cart accessories or cart.
  • Subject to the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and inconsideration of the hiring, the hirer named hereof accepts full responsibility for all risks howsoever arising for the duration of the hiring of the same and waives any and all claim, right or courses of action with the hirer, their respective heirs executors and administration might otherwise have or arising from loss of life or injury, damage and or loss of any description whatsoever and howsoever caused (including the negligence of any person, corporation of anybody involved in the running and administration of the Caboolture Golf Club) suffered or sustained in the course of consequent upon incidental to our hiring of the said motorised cart and the hirer shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Caboolture Golf Club against any claim for loss or damage suffered.
  • Failure to adhere the rules or Negligent Driving could result in removal from the course.
If you damage the cart, minimum charges to repair are:
  • Front End $950
  • Rear end $800
  • Scratches $200
  • Windscreen $350
  • Wheels $200
  • Full Cart $14,000
