Q Center Rental Application
Thank you for considering using Q Center as your next event venue!
Please see our rental policies below, before filling out our rental application.


Q CENTER RENTAL RATES
1. Auditorium: Fits 120 Seated | 150 Standing
M-TH: $50/hour | F-SU: $60/hour
2. Gallery: Fits 50 Seated | 60 Standing
M-TH: $50/hour | F-SU: $75/hour
3. Library: Fits 15 with tables | 25 without tables
M-SU: $40/hour
4. Conference Room: Fits 15 with tables | 25 without tables
M-SU: $30/hour
5. Parking Lot: Fits 240 Seated | 450 Standing
M-TH: $75/hour | F-SU: $100/hour


COMMUNITY RENTALS
1.Community members and community groups will be responsible for paying the full rental fee.
2.There are no special conditions for community rentals, but all applications will need to be approved by Q Center's Events and Engagement Coordintor. You will be notified of your application status within 3 business days.
3. Groups that have signed a program agreement are considered an offical program of Q Center and do not need to go through this application process.


NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION RENTALS
1. 501c3 nonprofit organizations receive 20% off of their rental fee at Q Center.
2. The rental application will ask for verification of 501c3 status


CLEANLINESS AND Q CENTER KITCHEN
1. Q Center spaces should be left in the same condition they were found and any moved furniture should be moved back to its orginal place
2.One of Q Center's rental amenities is a special events kitchen available for food prep. If you will be using the kitchen to prep food for the event a standard $20 cleaning fee will be added to your rental invoice.
