CECS Community Informational Session Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having a representative from the Office of Community Engagement & Constituent Services present an overview of county services to your organization or group.

This form serves as a formal request, although submission of this form does not guarantee participation. All requests are subject to review and scheduling constraints. It is recommended that requests be submitted a minimum of 28 days or four weeks prior to the scheduled event. Please consider this when selecting your preferred dates. While every effort will be made to accommodate late submissions, scheduling becomes increasingly challenging.

If you have any special requests or need accommodations, please include them in the form so we can make the necessary arrangements. We are committed to making these sessions accessible and beneficial for all participants.
