Ohio Makes Festival Vendor Application
The 1st Annual Ohio Makes Festival will be held on the campus of Zane State College in Zanesville, Ohio on October 6 and 7, 2018. We welcome all makers (big and small) to submit an application to sell and/or showcase their products. All products being offered for sale must be made in Ohio by the applicant. NO RESALE. If it is made/manufactured in Ohio, we want to show it off! The Ohio Makes Festival is a two day, RAIN OR SHINE, outdoor event.
* All vendor spaces are 10X12
* $100 for the first space and $75 for each additional space
* One vendor per space
* Makers must provide table, chairs and canopy
* Electric available to a limited number of spaces
* NO REFUNDS will be issued
* This event is a fundraiser for the IDEA Lab @ Zane State College and Spark 5|60
* We will request a $20 door prize from each maker. This is not mandatory
* We encourage you to demonstrate a process, art, etc. The IDEA Lab @ Zane State College is a maker space that values education and the open transfer of knowledge.

You must email three (3) photos of your products to tporter2@zanestate.edu for your application to be complete.

If you are approved as a vendor, you will be notified via email with a link to pay the fee.
