2019 Artspace Spring Market Application

Artist Space Fee: There is a non-refundable reservation fee - $25 members / $50 non-members

APPLICATIONS GUIDELINES + CRITERIA:

1. Artist spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. There will be a limit of 15 artist spaces.
2. Please provide 3 images of your artwork.
3. Image files should be 300dpi at 2400px on the longest dimension, .jpeg format, and files should be named "LastName-FirstName_Image#."
4. Your artist space fee is due by Monday, April 29, 2019.
5. We ask that artists display their products in a professional manner that complements the vision of their work.
6. Accepted artists must attend the Spring Market on Saturday, May 4 for the duration of the event (11am-5pm).
7. Artists can set up their work on Saturday, May 4, from 10-11am, and must have their spaces cleared by 5:30pm.
8. Artists are responsible for all their sales transactions, i.e. cash, checks, and credit card sales.
9. Artspace will not take commission from artworks sold.
10. Your materials must fit onto the surface of one 8 x 2.5 ft table.
11. No refunds: refunds for artist space fees will not be issued.
12. Participants agree that Artspace shall have the right to use vendor photos for publicity or marketing purposes.
13. By submitting an application, you agree to and accept all Artspace Spring Market terms and conditions.

Artspace will provide light refreshments, music, and advertising. Artists will be provided with promotional information and we encourage artists to share the event through social media.
