If your equipment was not sourced through AEP, you can still request support but charges may apply.

2. Perform a system check. Check batteries, cable connections, fuses and switches. Make sure loads are within specifications and check for shorts. Ensure sources such as grid or generator are within specification. Does the system suit the product and is everything configured correctly?
