participated in one or more choral ensemble(s) throughout their high school career
demonstrated leadership as a member of the ensemble(s)
achieved academic and musical excellence
applied/been accepted in a college or university program where they plan to study music and/or participate in one or more choral ensemble during the upcoming academic year

The award application is complete as soon as the student and teacher forms for a candidate have both been submitted. The application deadline is 11:59 PM on March 31, 2024.
