Request for Assistance
This application goes live on Mondays at 11:00 a.m. and remains open until appointments are full. If you are receive this message after 11:00 a.m., it means all online appointments are full for the week. We are a small team and can only take 10 online appointments each week, so they fill up fast. You will receive a confirmation email if your application was one of the first 10 submitted. Please note that not everyone who begins an application will submit it before the system has reached its limit.
The online application is only one way to receive help. If you are not successful with the online application, the Friendship Fund on Tuesdays beginning at 9:30 a.m. at (919) 833-4070. As with the online application, there are only a small number of appointments we can accommodate each week with our limited staff and resources. This is a partnership between First Baptist, First Presbyterian, and Edenton Street United Methodist Churches. If you receive help from one of these churches, you will not be eligible for assistance from the other two. We run our ministries entirely by donations and do not receive government funding.
