Please be advised that this serves as an inquiry only. From here, if you have provided clear information that does not need clarification, I will create a quote.

Quotes are not considered confirmed until you have approved all details including color, shape, name, etc details, and payment has been received (full payment = confirmed order).

Due to the high volume of requests, availability is limited, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Quotes are ONLY held for 48 hours.

I will assume that if you do not respond within 48 hours, that you have decided to go in another direction. As much as I would love to hold quotes for longer, I have to be respectful of my own time.

2026 orders are on a first come, first serve basis.

All Custom requests generally require a minimum of 6 - 9 weeks advance notice.

- Cookie shapes are below. Please click as little or as many as you would like and make sure to add the quantity for each in the note section below.

- Custom shapes can be added. Please select "other" and detail your request in the notes section. Additional charges may apply for custom cutters (please do not purchase in advance and send to me).

Payments and Refunds:

- Payment must be received in order to confirm order.

- Payment plans can be set up through Shop Pay (it’s a payment option). These plans are not set up by us, they are facilitated through our secure website.

- If you need to cancel an order within 30 days, a full refund, minus any custom purchases we made to complete your order, will be assessed.

- If you need to cancel your order with 14 days, a partial refund minus any custom purchases we made to complete your order, will be assessed. *Labor may need to be factored.

Notes:

*Cookies are shipped and processing time varies and depends on existing orders (which is why I request sufficient advance notice).

*Pick ups are only allowed at local events that we are working, and must be coordinated in advance.

*Deliveries are available on weekends (up to 20 miles from Nashua to delivery location).

*If delivery is requested with your order, I will contact you to coordinate a delivery day (public meeting places during the day are acceptable if they fall within the 20 mile range).
