Prospective Client Questionnaire
Thank you in advance for considering DJH Capital Management for your financial planning and advice needs.
The following questionnaire is designed to collect important information to help us prepare for your complimentary 45-minute discovery session in which we will:
(1) capture what you want to accomplish by working with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™;
(2) provide you information on what we do and how we do it; and
(3) fully disclose the time and financial investment you will need to make during the engagement.
To avoid wasting valuable time, you need to be aware of the following:
(1) Unfinished/incomplete questionnaires will result in meeting cancellation;
(2) Our comprehensive financial plans range in price from $2,000-$3,500. This is a non-negotiable fee that you must pay should you decide to move forward.
